Whatever your t-shirt design, we have the expertise to accurately recreate your design on most items of clothing. From clubs to schools, small business or large corporate companies, we can supply one off orders or bulk purchase orders. From photos to logos, here’s how we do it:
Screen Printing
This is a traditional stencil method of printing in which a design is imposed on a fine mesh screen. Blank areas are coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is then forced through the mesh onto the printing service. A different screen is used for each separate colour in the design producing a high quality finish.
Sublimation
Is the application of sublimation inks onto a surface using a heat press to provide the necessary combination of heat, time and pressure. This causes the inks to be converted from a solid to a gaseous state, enabling them to penetrate the surface of the garment. This results in a permanent, full colour image being formed. It is a cost effective way to reproduce complicated designs in print.
Vinyl Printing
Your image is converted into a computerised design and then cut out using the latest laser technology. The design is then ‘weeded out’ and then heat pressed onto the finished product. Due to laser technology, this method is being more widely used to recreate complicated designs accurately.
